acquired FD Enterprises online dating Service. This acquisition provides Rodgers
Media Group with FD Enterprise's entire online archive (dating back to 1995),
software, domain names including fantasydivaslive.com and
myspace.com/fantasydivaslive, company trademarks, and other intellectual property.
Financial terms of this transaction were not released.

Available now at the website above, this powerful new dating service enables Rodgers
Media Group to access the wealth of income. Once the full fantasydivaslive.com
archive is updated, users will be able to search and browse more than 500 thousand
archived messages with the speed and efficiency of a Websidestory search. In
addition to expanding the amount of searchable data, Rodgers Media Group will soon
provide improved browsing capabilities and newsgroup posting.
